EUROPEAN SUCCESS BUILDS FOR QUADRANT
Monday 19 September 2011
Quadrant has added to its growing presence in Brussels as a result of a run of business gains in Europe and the UK worth some £200k.
The Cardiff based company which has already been working for over ten years in Brussels with the European Parliament and European Commission, has been awarded video production and media training contracts for a number of organisations in the city including the European Wind Energy Association (EWEA) and the European Smart Metering Industry Group (ESMIG).
The recent wins means that Quadrant’s media training income from Europe and the UK has doubled over the past 12 months further adding to the run of PR, event management and project-related contract wins in the UK.
Event management work includes a series of events for the Communities First Consultation Programme, organising the Welsh Government e-Crime Summit 2011 and event management support for the 14th annual Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2012.
Quadrant has also been hired by The Older People’s Commissioner for Wales to provide PR support and has secured a contract from personal injury specialists The Injury Centre to provide a communications campaign which includes a focus on mobile apps and social media.
The company puts winning so many contracts in such a short space of time down to its experienced and creative team tuning into clients' specific requirements, its wide-range of in-house services and its new digital services.
Bill Jenkins, Quadrant's chief executive, said: "Our strengths are that we have a dynamic experienced team who can deliver a wide range of services from our in-house resources. We have seen the start of a major shift in the way corporate communications are being delivered, so our ability to provide a complete solution to any communications brief from organisations in Europe and the UK has helped us to secure the recent work."
