Warburtons is getting into the Christmas spirit early by signing up as official sponsor of Swansea's family pantomime at the Grand Theatre for the second year running.

A long standing Quadrant client, Warburtons became the first ever local sponsor of the pantomime in 2004 and has reaffirmed its commitment this year, supporting the 54 performances, fireworks display and switching on of the city's Christmas lights in November.

This year's performance of Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs stars ex-Eastender and Footballer's Wives actress Gillian Taylforth, Swansea Sound's Kevin Johns as Nurse Rhondda and Frank Vickery. One of the main highlights on the Grand Theatre's calendar, the pantomime runs from 22 December to 22 January.

Paul Hopkins, marketing manager of the Grand Theatre, said: "The association with Warburtons worked well last year and we're looking forward to developing the relationship even further. Together, we've come up with a few surprises for 2005 to keep the sponsorship fresh and exciting."
