After a series of successful new business wins this year, Quadrant has extended its PR and events team to include three new members of staff.
Rachael Micallef has been appointed as a senior account manager, while Keely McMahon and Tamsin Ackerman, join as senior account executives.
Rachael joins the corporate communications company after working for more than two years in London and Bristol PR agencies on a variety of consumer accounts. At Quadrant, she will represent a number of high profile clients including the Welsh Assembly Government’s True Taste Wales Food & Drink Awards, Warburtons, TV Licensing and Carbon Trust.
Keely joins Quadrant from Brisbane, Australia, after studying for a dual qualification in Arts and Business Communication, specialising in Public Relations. She will work on event management and press and media campaigns for various clients including charity, education, corporate business and central government.
Tamsin joins Quadrant from a leading Cardiff restaurant where she was responsible for event management. She recently completed the Chartered Institute of Public Relations degree at Southampton University and is now studying towards a diploma in event management. She will work on events and media campaigns for various clients, including Visit Wales and True Taste branding.
The team is supported by Joanne Marley, who joins Quadrant as corporate communications administrator, having spent a year with the Welsh Assembly Government as an assistant communications officer in the environment, planning and countryside division.
Bill Jenkins, Quadrant’s chief executive, said: “As an established agency with a growing number of clients, we invest a great deal of time and effort into recruiting the best professionals who can help deliver the highest standard of service to our clients. We are pleased to welcome Rachael, Keely, Jo and Tamsin to our team.”
