Broomfield and Alexander celebrates 10 years of IiP recognition
South Wales accountants Broomfield & Alexander have become one of a select number of companies in Wales to be recognised as an Investors in People organisation for 10 years continuously.
The firm, which employs over 90 people from its offices in Cardiff, Newport and Swansea, joins just 112 other companies and organisations to have been recognised every year for a decade as meeting the standard, which aims to improve business performance by focussing on how employees can best work to deliver targets or key priorities.
Managing Director Robert Preece paid tribute to the value of the standard and the Broomfield & Alexander staff who had played such an integral part.
“We started on our IiP journey over 10 years ago and quickly recognised that its non-prescriptive approach made it easy to work with, so have continued to use it as a benchmark ever since,” he said.
“Our people form the core of our interaction with clients. There’s no doubt the standard has contributed enormously to the success of our business over that time, and we are extremely proud to be amongst a select group of organisations to have reached this significant milestone.”
