NEW APPOINTMENTS AT ACCOUNTANCY FIRM TO SUPPORT INTERNAL SYSTEMS
Independent chartered accountancy firm, Broomfield & Alexander has appointed four new members of staff to ensure the smooth running of its internal services at its head office in Pentwyn, Cardiff. The appointments come as the company embarks on an expansion programme to deal with continued client growth.
Simon Berg from Penarth joins the company as internal accounts manager with responsibility for the preparation of the partnership accounts and management of the internal accounts functions. He holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy and has over 14 years experience of managing internal accounts in private companies.
As database administrator, Sarah Lewis from Newport will be responsible for administering, maintaining and controlling databases, both for internal and customer use. Prior to joining Broomfield & Alexander, she has held a number of supervisory roles in large Welsh organisations including Corus.
Alison Rigby from Sully and Liz Graham from Cardiff will take on the roles of executive assistants to the partners. They will provide executive and administrative support to Mark Jones and Seamus Gates. Both are experienced personal assistants with expertise in the industrial and financial sectors.
