NEW TEAM TO PROMOTE PORT AUTHORITY



The finishing touches have been put to a new-look marketing department which aims to mark the way forward in how Milford Haven Port Authority presents itself to its wide range of audiences locally and further afield.

David Griffin, an experienced marketing and communications executive, has been appointed as marketing manager and will lead a growing team charged with developing the Authority’s profile and helping it secure further commercial opportunities.

David has worked extensively overseas, most recently for a Swiss-based international project management, trading and marketing company, setting up new business channels and distributor networks in countries from Africa to the Far East. Originally from South Wales, he worked at the South Wales Argus in Newport and also held senior positions with a leading Cardiff advertising agency.

David will oversee the work of three others on the Authority’s marketing team – Mariam Moazzen, Claire Palmer and Anna Malloy – as well as supporting other staff working on projects in which the Authority is involved.
