Ted is the Training and Development Manager for our Personal Development service. In this role, Ted oversees all training and admin for our New Deal contracts. He is a proven, professional and experienced manager with qualifications including the Management Services Technical Diploma, Training and Methods of Instruction Diploma and and NVQ Assessors qualification. Ted has previously held sales management positions for Great Western Trains and InterCity and has a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience covering corporate sales, training and development, business mentoring, business diagnostics and solutions.
