Arfon Edwards founded Quadrant’s Mold office over 20 years ago. A specialist in Internal Communications, Arfon works with a number of blue chip companies, mainly in the pharmaceuticals sector. He has led the internal and external communications aspects of a large number of Change Management programmes, including company restructuring announcements. He also manages a crisis response service for a company operating onshore and offshore oil and gas production facilities.
